Astrosomatics is a sweet child of mine, bringing together practices that have saved my life… over and over again. After finding myself caught up in the rat race of what I thought I should be doing for far too long, it took a series of major rug-pull moments and not-so-fun transformational crises to wake me up and help me find my way back home.
As I child, I spent most of my time playing in the dirt and gazing at the stars, moving my body in play, singing and breathing deep, making art and creating new worlds from my imagination. To my surprise, these were the same practices that found me again when I thought all else was lost. Together, they have helped me strip away the “shoulds”, connect with my true self, and find deep belonging in the world around me.
I’m excited to share with you some of these practices, these wisdoms, that are your birthright: your place amongst the stars, your body’s natural intelligence, and the way that the earth holds you close when you let her.
When you’re feeling lost, there are many paths that can guide you back home. Let’s work together and see which one helps you feel the most free, the most connected, and the most yourself. From there, you can begin to co-create the life, and world, that you’ve always dreamed is possible.
