Revolutionary Breathwork
Breathe to deeply reconnect with the natural cycles of your body and the earth.
Revolutionary Breathwork is a guided, cyclical breath journey that can help you connect to the natural cycles of breath within your body, attune to the cycles of the earth and stars, move emotions that feel stuck, and gain inner clarity.
This type of breathwork is for you if you are ready to:
release difficult emotions, such as anger, sadness, and grief
process unintegrated experiences
move through thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck
gain inner clarity
build emotional resilience
connect with the grounding presence of your inner world.
Revolutionary Breath is an active, conscious connected breath practice that is facilitated by a 40-minute long musical journey with a beginning, middle, and end. Practiced sitting or lying down with, we emulate the physical and emotional sensations of climbing a mountain, with a warm-up that taps you into your inner rhythm, a climax that connects you with your power, and a wind-down that allows you to relax and let the earth hold you. Revolutionary Breathwork uses visualization processes to align our breathing patterns with the revolutionary, cyclical nature of the seasons, the sun and moon, and other natural rhythms.
By inviting energy into motion in a relaxed setting, Revolutionary Breathwork can help expand your capacity to navigate challenging emotions and accept yourself exactly where you are. This type of breathing can gently call in a process of softening any limiting beliefs you may carry, helping to deepen your connection with your intuition for greater clarity, self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love.
